The growing ECF Germany team is devoting three days to its strategy for the coming years at its retreat. To ensure that everyone can participate on an equal footing, an external moderator is needed to maintain the framework.

Idea

We choose suitable methods to look back and draw lessons from the last strategy, discuss and prioritize content for the next one, and reach agreements for collaboration.

Implementation

To process the content, we use SWOT analyses, constellations, a mini bar camp and a fish bowl discussion. Binding rules, clearly assigned roles and strict time moderation provide orientation. It is particularly important to us to keep an eye on the mental energy and health of all participants. With movement, room changes and the use of many haptic elements, we provide new perspectives and strengthen intuition and connection within the working team.

Result

The participants immerse themselves in the content to a previously unknown depth and meet in a familiar and binding framework. This lays a stable foundation for the further development of the strategy as well as for cooperation based on it.
