For almost 25 years, the Sozialstiftung Köpenick has been offering services for senior citizens and people with disabilities at eight different locations. For many years, the various facilities had been operating independently and on their own.
Originally, our task was to promote internal consolidation - through a joint corporate design including a new website.
Idea
After the first exploratory interviews with social founders and the subsequent discussions, it became clear to everyone involved that we needed to go further. Together, we developed an OE process that led from the identification of organizational challenges and their strategic solutions to the design of a new foundation mission statement and the development of a modular corporate identity.
In order to really include and involve everyone along the way, we worked in all workshops with groups of employees and managers from all areas of the foundation - exclusively collaboratively.
Implementation
- Inventory and definition of common problem areas and solutions
- Definition of short and long-term strategic goals
- Design of a new cross-foundation mission statement
- Development of a modular corporate design and guidelines for a common corporate language
