The Forum Bildung Digitalisierung communications team has grown from three to seven people in a short space of time and has dedicated itself to new tasks and challenges with great enthusiasm. What kind of structure can stabilize the team and the culture that has already emerged? Who makes decisions and how? How can meetings be improved? How can resources be used in a healthy, effective and long-term manner?
Idea
We develop two half-day workshops. In a joint exchange with the team, we explore the topics and make them tangible. We also focus on practical approaches and tools so that the team can act with more confidence and clarity in their day-to-day collaboration.
