Volunteers are an essential pillar of associations. They are not always easy to find.
Clubs could draw on their own resources and the skills of their members. Existing potential is often not used, simply because clubs and members do not come together.
Associations need support in their search for suitable, motivated volunteers. Our digital talent map helps with this.
Sports clubs can create a digital form for their club website to recruit volunteer work from their club members. The talent card queries the skills of the members and can be specially adapted to the individual club structure and needs. The talent card is digital and available for all organized sport in Lower Saxony.
In a participatory process, we developed a simple and accessible solution together with the KSB and our expertise in concept, information architecture, UX/Ui design and programming.
This includes the landing page to explain and introduce the talent card, the associated generator for creating and configuring the talent card, as well as the talent card itself and all the necessary technical requirements for an individual implementation.
