In September 2022, around 300 metalworkers came together for the Engineering and IT Conference in Ingolstadt. So how do we bring together 300 people, all with their own expertise, experience and interest, to discuss the future of mobility?
The start: Bringing the experts into an intensive exchange with all participants. And then delve even deeper in the afternoon with a fishbowl; for us, this is the ideal format to actively involve as many people as possible and at the same time give them specific space. Especially when it comes to big issues like this, it provides the right framework, also for the associated topics of the participants.
Following a co-creative concept with IG Metall, we identified moderators for the individual sessions and briefed them and the experts. We moderated the sessions and ensured that topics, rooms and times were clearly and sensibly assigned. This time, the focus was on exchange and networking, not on documentation and dissemination.
