Our topics

For us, transformation encompasses the three levels of individual, organization and society as well as their interaction: people shape organizations and society, which in turn shape their members. The transformation of work and the socio-ecological transformation can only go hand in hand.

Using imagination, systemic thinking and practical tools, we strengthen the skills needed for the future in the here and now.

In addition to Frithjof Bergmann's idea that the purpose of work should not be a wage but the fulfillment of meaning, we supplement Frigga Haug's 4-in-1 model, which proposes the four areas of gainful employment, care work, community work and personal development. These lighthouses help us when it comes to topics such as hybrid work and digitalization, decision-making systems and meeting culture, personal responsibility and distributed leadership.

We support managers and teams in anchoring regenerative and feminist principles: Cooperation (instead of competition), regeneration (instead of exploitation), self-determination (instead of oppression), belonging (instead of conformity), empowerment (instead of abuse of power) and connection (instead of disconnection).

With the legal form of a cooperative, the members are joint owners of the organization. We support organizations in founding, transforming or further developing their cooperative.

At the same time, it is closely linked to values and structures and influences processes and roles. We support you in finding and adapting a model.

Approaches and cooperation

From day one of the project, we focus on cooperation and smart processes. Together, we clarify personal expectations, set common goals and define fixed roles. Then the way is really clear: for surprising ideas and valuable moments that get people thinking and taking action.

In order to make change as sustainable as possible, our first priority is to strengthen the culture of an organization. Only then do we begin to adapt or jointly develop existing strategies, processes and structures.

Using the principles of systemic consulting, we pursue a holistic approach and thus place a special focus on the causes and correlations of problems.

Every internal process requires communication within the organization. At the beginning, we clarify which roles are involved at which point in time and in which formats. We also support you with visual design and the use of digital tools.

If you wish, we can accompany you beyond Organizational Development , because internal and external communication belong together. Communication strategy? Campaign? Website? We have the right team for it.

In line with the train-the-trainer principle, we co-create the process together with you. We share our knowledge and experience, empower all participants and build structures that support continuous change. Towards the end, you can act autonomously. We only provide support when needed.

We know both sides. On the one hand, we have been supporting customers on the path to socio-ecological transformation for over 15 years and have implemented countless small and large projects. On the other hand, our organization, our team and our cooperative of around 25 people are constantly evolving.

In our workshops and processes, we draw on experience from both areas to make them goal-oriented and lively.

Orientation workshop

Do you have lots of topics buzzing around and don't know where to start?

In the orientation workshop (online or analog), we sort out fields of action with you in one day and create a milestone plan - close to you and your resources. We identify the biggest challenges and outline possible approaches.
